NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS:
During these uncertain times, we are committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, our valued customers, and our community. In an effort to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus, we are following all recommendations from the CDC and the State of Vermont to practice social distancing, by limiting person-to-person contact. As a result, we are temporarily suspending in-home installations of Cable TV and Internet service until further notice. We feel this is an important step to protect the health and well-being of our family of employees, our community, and our valued customers. We will continue to monitor the recommendations from the CDC and the State of Vermont over the next couple weeks, and will provide an update on our website once it's deemed safe to resume our normal installation schedule. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding.

Notice Regarding WHDH channel 7 and WLVI channel 13
On March 14th WHDH and WLVI lost their normal transmission antenna. They have moved to a temporary transmission site and are currently operating at a reduced power level, the consequence is that we are unable to receive their signal. We have been told that they are working on resolving the issue but have not been given a timeline to when they will be back to full power. Thank you for your understanding.
WBZ 4, WGBH 2 and WFXT 6 Transmitter failure update
On February 17th, a major broadcast transmit tower failure took place in Boston, Ma,. This event necessitated that WBZ 4, WGBH 2 and WFTX 6 all move to temporary transmit facilities and operate under low power. This has resulted in the intermittent loss of these services on DCTV's network.
According to Television Station engineers involved with the 1,200' tower repair, as of March 4th significant progress has been made toward returning to their normal facilities and resume full power transmissions. It is hoped they will be back to normal operations within the next 10 days to 2 weeks.
We have been monitoring signal levels at our headend receive site and have seen a significant improvement in signal quality. We have not received official word that they have restored full power, but expect to hear from them in the coming days.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
