Duncan Cable would like to remind all of our customers to disconnect all connections to your television and computer-related components during thunderstorms. For televisions and FM radios this means disconnecting the power cord and coaxial connection to the device. For modems, routers, and computers this means disconnecting the power cord, the coaxial and ethernet connections to these devices. This is the only way to assure that these sensitive devices will not be damaged should a lightning strike occur directly, or near your location.
